Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed before 12:00 PM Central Time (Texas) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders. You can choose from the following options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: Free (Estimated delivery in 3-8 business days)
  • Express Shipping: Free (Estimated delivery in 1-3 business days)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier delays.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Return & Refund Policy

Our 30-Day Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the date of your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please visit our online Return Center. Do not mail items back without first completing the process in our Return Center.

Our Return Center will guide you through the process and provide a pre-paid shipping label or QR code to make your return easy. Using this system ensures your return is tracked and processed efficiently.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include:

  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that while you will not be charged for return shipping when using our Return Center, any original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

1-Year Limited Product Warranty

Lotus Vita LP warrants our products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modification or repair.

If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, we will, at our option, either (1) repair the product at no charge, (2) replace the product with a new or refurbished product, or (3) refund the original purchase price.

To make a warranty claim, please contact our support team with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
