At Lotus Vita, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our policy allows for returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How to Start a Return

To begin the process, please visit our online Return Center. You will need your order number and the email address associated with your order. Our portal will guide you through the steps and provide you with a free return shipping label.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be undamaged, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required, which is verified automatically when you use our Return Center.

Returnable Items

  • Undamaged non-consumable items, such as water pitchers and accessories
  • Unopened and sealed consumable items, such as filters and limepads
  • Items purchased on sale (see refund details below)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are exempt from being returned:

  • Opened or used consumable items (filters, limepads, etc.)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
  • Gift cards

Bundled Items

If you return a product purchased as part of a bundle, the full retail price of any opened or used consumable items from that bundle will be deducted from your total refund.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Please note, if you are returning an item purchased on sale, your refund will be for the exact discounted price you paid.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item for a refund and place a separate order for the new product. We only offer direct replacements for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide your order number and a photo of the damaged item and packaging.
